Check out the updated agenda for the OpenShift Commons Gathering at Red Hat Summit in Boston on May 1st!
We're pleased to officially announce the final agenda and speakers list for the OpenShift Commons Gathering in Boston. We've just confirmed our final speakers from Aptco, Mass General Hospital and Inmarsat! This means we'll have 9 OpenShift customer case studies presented including La Poste, Swiss Federal Railways, Cisco, CA, Macquarie, and Point72 Asset Management.
The OpenShift Commons Gathering will bring together experts from all over the world to discuss container technologies, best practices for cloud native application developers, and the open source software projects that underpin the OpenShift ecosystem. The second event of 2017 will gather developers, devops professionals, service providers, host/operators and sysadmins together to explore the next steps in making container technologies successful and secure.
The OpenShift Commons Gathering at Red Hat Summit will focus on presenting real-world use cases from customers with production deployments of OpenShift. The speakers will share best practices and give direct feedback to the engineers, product managers and key contributors working on the next releases of OpenShift and its upstream projects, Kubernetes and Docker. We've also included three "Ask Me Anything" panels with key engineers and product managers from the OpenShift team to give attendees the opportunity to connect, interact, and ask questions. These direct peer-to-peer interactions are helping to make OpenShift the leading open source container platform.
This event will also include face-to-face meetings for all the OpenShift Commons Special Interest Groups and allow ample time for peer-to-peer networking during breaks and at the evening reception.

Commons builds connections and collaboration across OpenShift communities, projects, and stakeholders. In doing so we'll enable the success of customers, users, partners, and contributors as we deepen our knowledge and experiences together. Our goals go beyond code contributions. Commons is a place for companies using OpenShift to accelerate its success and adoption. To do this we'll act as resources for each other, share best practices and provide a forum for peer-to-peer communication. Learn more at https://commons.openshift.org
