What's it do?
Rudis is a very different type of freelancing marketplace, completely free for employers. Freelancers must pay a nominal amount to bid on projects, but they keep all the income. The primary benefit is an increased quality in the bids. For employers, that means that the bids are coming from parties who are serious and qualified for the work. For freelancers, that means that their bids are not drowning in a sea of spam.
What motivated you to create the application?
Other freelancing sites are overrun by spam and \"bids\" from freelancers that didn't even read the project description. It's impossible for employers to weed through, and it's extremely difficult for the serious/qualified freelancers to get noticed.
