Yes, but with a few caveats. For security reasons, no images that run processes as root are allowed. Additionally, any Dockerfile VOLUME instruction must be mounted with either a persistent volume claim (PVC) or an EmptyDir at this time.
Red Hat announced Red Hat OpenShift.io (OSIO), an end-to-end development environment for planning, building and deploying cloud-native applications.

The billing cycle is by calendar month, or in other words from the 1st to the last day of a particular month.
Shortly after the end of every month you will receive an invoice for the next month's subscription fee and the previous month's usage. For Pro Plan subscribers, you will receive a prorated invoice immediately after you upgrade your account to start your subscription.

Support plans are not available for the free OpenShift Online Starter Plan, however, there are a wide variety of community support options available, including Stack Overflow, IRC, our community mailing list, and by reaching out to our community enablement team. Optional paid support plans will be offered alongside the upcoming OpenShift Online Pro Plan.
